October Anniversary Party

A Special Invitation To Our 40th Birthday Party

COME SEE YOUR VERY OWN “BIT OF PARADISE” ON THE BIG SCREEN

Place: St. James’ Church Hall
Time: 7:30 p.m.

To celebrate our 40th Anniversary, the Hudson Garden Club would like YOU, members and non-members alike, to help us stage our 40th Birthday Party showcasing the individual private gardens which make our community so special.

To participate in this party, all we ask is that you submit 3 or 4 photographs of your garden (past or present), maybe a particular flower or flowering shrub, a window box arrangement, a water feature or any other appealing facet of your property which is special to you. These photos must be submitted by August 15th.

The Club will then organize a screen presentation of all photos collected which will highlight how Hudsonites contribute, each in their own way, to making our Town the very special neighborhood that it is.

Please note that THIS IS NOT A CONTEST – it is simply a celebration of our individual gardens of which we all have reason to be proud.

Should you wish to participate in this fun evening, Digital photos can be sent to our e-mail address hudsongardenclub@gmail.com. Regular photos can be mailed to the Club’s address – P.O. Box 573, Hudson, J0P 1H0. These will be scanned for inclusion in the presentation and returned - should the sender so request.

Members may drop off Regular photos, in envelopes showing family name and street name at any one of the monthly meetings up to and including the (August) meeting. Please indicate on envelope should you wish to have your photos returned.

Your participation and presence on October 19th is of the utmost importance in making our 40th Birthday Party a very social and memorable occasion. Afterwards, we invite you to join us for birthday cake and coffee!!
